~ Leave a new list of questions (or just pass on the question list you answered) and tag a few people of your random choice (and say why you tagged them, if you have time!)

(Be original and nonsensical in your question-creativity - make the blogging world a cheerful place :-) And be disastrously random.)

I tag anyone that wants to do this. Post your answers in the comments or your own blog. Just let me know if you do it on your blog :) My questions are;

Who's your favorite author?
What sort of shoes do you prefer (boots, sneakers, Flip-flops...)?
If you could do one crazy thing that would shock the whole world yet still be decent Biblically what would it be?
Do you prefer pizza or cheeseburger?
What do you normally use - a hairbrush or a comb?
Do you normally wear jewelry?
What is your favorite farm animal?
Are there any names in literature that you can't stand because of the character, but would otherwise be an okay name?
Do you like thrift stores and yardsales?
And last, but not least what is your opinion of facebook?

Now for the fun... ~Write down three facts about you - one of them is WRONG. Let your commenters guess in the comments which one is wrong (and tell them in the comments after a while).
I like pranking people - even people I don't know.
I dress in crazy, unfashionable ways that I think are pretty and comfortable ( think hippie/gypsy/bright colors and long skirts with lace and hats and scarves and jewelry ).
I wear sunglasses a lot.

~Answer the questions of the person who tagged you - make it all super random and interesting :-D

What is your favorite hot drink? (example: tea, coffee, hot chocolate) Either Roobis tea or hot chocolate. I like stevia in my Roobis tea.

What was the last movie you watched? I think it was 101 Dalmatians the movie. The kids had it on...I didn't finish it but went to bed earlier.

What are you most looking forward to this summer? Going to Summit in Colorado :D Really excited!!! :)

Are you wearing anything on your wrist at the moment? If so, what? Normally I wear a bracelet...but not today :)

What was the last Bible verse you memorized? Most of John 3.

If you could help solve a mystery with a fictional detective, from either a book, or TV show, who would you want to do it with? Definitely Nancy Drew. She is so awesome and would be such a fun partner/ friend.

What is your dream occupation? Either being an author or reporter or something with lots of writing and adventure...maybe even a history/ mythology professor. Wouldn't it be so fun to flunk students? lol....just kidding ;)

What do you like better; email, or snail-mail? Definitely snail-mail. It's more personal. But e-mail can be nice, too.

What is directly to your right at this moment? The driver's seat of our van...I'm sitting in the van right now :)

What is your favorite kind of butterfly/moth (there can be some pretty cool kinds of moths too)? Oh.... I know like nothing about butterflies or moths....anything that is green, pretty, has a unique shape or color or pattern ;)

    God bless!

P.S. Just found your blog so don't "know" you at all, but I'm going to guess that "I wear sunglasses a lot" is WRONG. *shrug*

    1. Lol, wondered if anyone would ask that....I was sitting crooked in the drivers seat so the back of the seat was to my right. So. No, I live in the states :)

Thank you for stopping and seeing my blog and commenting!!

I'll answer your last question later ;)

  3. I'd say that you wear sunglasses a lot is wrong.

  4. Hey there Girl!!!!

    Ok.

Who's your favorite author? J. R. R. Tolkien. At least right now.

What sort of shoes do you prefer (boots, sneakers, Flip-flops...)? Well if its wet or I am around animals, boots, but otherwise, flip-flops.

If you could do one crazy thing that would shock the whole world yet still be decent Biblically what would it be? Umm. I don't really know. But I would like to eat Vanilla pudding out of a Mayonnaise jar in public and see what kind of weird looks I get!!!!!

Do you prefer pizza or cheeseburger? Pizza!!!!

What do you normally use - a hairbrush or a comb? A Hairbrush!! I have even been known to not comb my hair after I washed it and then brush it when it dried. (I know. Not the best thing for your hair.)

Do you normally wear jewelry? Yes.

What is your favorite farm animal? I think Horses.

Are there any names in literature that you can't stand because of the character, but would otherwise be an okay name? Not that I can think of off the top of my head. Ok. No. I don't like the name Jeremy because of villains/antagonists named that.

Do you like thrift stores and yardsales? I LOVE Thrift Stores!!!!

And last, but not least what is your opinion of Facebook? That it is useful but that I don't need it right now.

And the fact that isn't true? That you wear sunglasses a lot. :)

  5. Thanks for doing the tag!

I'll have a go at your questions. :)

Who's your favorite author? That's a hard choice, but I think Elizabeth George Speare.

What sort of shoes do you prefer (boots, sneakers, Flip-flops...)? I usually wear sneakers, but I like oxfards, sandals, and mocasins too.

If you could do one crazy thing that would shock the whole world yet still be decent Biblically what would it be? I don't know if I can anwser this one...something I'd like to do that would be kind of crazy, yet probably not shock the world, would be to wear victorian clothes on an everyday basis. That would be fun.

Do you prefer pizza or cheeseburger? Depends on the pizza toppings, but usually cheeseburgers.

What do you normally use - a hairbrush or a comb? A comb.

Do you normally wear jewelry? I like to wear bracelets that I can leave on and forget about, and I wear a class ring.

What is your favorite farm animal? Rabbits. :)

Are there any names in literature that you can't stand because of the character, but would otherwise be an okay name? I don't know if I can think of one. Usually it goes the other way- there's a name I don't like, but then I read about a really likeable character with that name, and then it doesn't sound so bad. :)

Do you like thrift stores and yardsales? Oh yes!

And last, but not least what is your opinion of facebook? I guess it could have some good uses, but I mostly see it as a time waster, and something I don't want to get sucked into. :)

Living Like The Amish: Interviews With Three "English" Families PART I

Many people are obsessed with the Amish. I know at one time I was as well, and to a degree I still am. But my perception  has changed with experience. It started a long time ago when my family went to an Amish-held auction (no, it's not a place where you can buy Amish children, but a place where you can buy things from the Amish). I was eleven years old and enthralled to be surrounded by so many Amish. I loved the cockscomb flowers they sold everywhere. I bought a whole box for $2 and dried them for seeds so I could plant my own. But then I experienced my first reality shock concerning the Amish. I had assumed since they lived a simpler life everything about them was completely old-fashioned and natural. Imagine my horror when I saw Amish walking around with soda cans and store-bought ice cream. " Mom ," I said. "He's drinking soda!"  Left to right, back row: Jonny, Jonathan (Dad). Front row: Jacob, Keturah, Rebekah (Mom), Jonah (on Mom's

How Bad Can I Be?: Lyrics That Make You Go "Wow!"

How ba-a-a-ad can I be? I'm just doin' what comes naturally How ba-a-a-ad can I be? I'm just following my destiny How ba-a-a-ad can I be? I'm just doin' what comes naturally How ba-a-a-ad can I be? How bad can I possibly be? Well, there's a principal of nature (principal of nature) That almost every creature knows Called survival of the fittest (survival of the fittest) And check it this is how it goes The animal that is has got to scratch and bite and claw and bite and punch And the animal that doesn't (well the animal that doesn't) winds up Someone else's lu-lu-lu-lu-unch! Peace During Patience

“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” - Philippians 4:6 My family and I were sitting around the breakfast table several months ago. Mom had just read this verse. One of the kids laughed incredulously, “What is it saying? Be careful for nothing – live recklessly?” “No,” I answered quickly. My tone was very matter-of-fact, blunt, as if I were all-knowing. “It means do not worry.” The kids all nodded among themselves and life continued on for them. But for me life paused at my words. I had heard this verse soooooooo many times. I had always known what it meant. But now? Now it really meant something . “Do not worry.” This path I've chosen. I can not see it. I can not feel it. I do not know where I am. I have chosen to follow God, and no other. But why did He hide the light from my eyes? I must take a step forward. But I do not want to. How long w

Inside The Land Of The Free

Hello. My name is Greg.  I have a lot of time to think. Too much time. Sometimes I think about my life - why I am sitting in prison. I wonder what I could have done different - my life plays before my eyes. "If only..." But even I know that no amount of good works would have stopped tyranny from finding fault with me. It is cold. My clothes are thin. My stomach is empty - occasionally filled with food of no sustenance.  I hide my face in my knees - as if that will somehow protect me from the horrors of this dark cold dungeon.  They keep it cold to freeze me, this I know. It is a part of their game - to drive a lesson into me. As if I have a lesson to learn solely because I was convicted. Convicted, but not  guilty. Years.  68 years for standing against injustice. How many years have I sat in here? I have forgot. All I know is this question, "Was I fated for this? Did God grant my birth
