Hey, everyone! I hope you are having a fantastic week. Modesty . It's one of those tricky (stupid, it often seems) things. To dress or not to dress? ( Or how much should I "over dress"? ) I've seen a lot of different opinions on this. Mostly it seems that the issue of modesty is over stressed. -Not saying "Modesty is in my heart, not how I dress" illogical stupidness.- I'm saying that dressing "holy", like Amish or "modest trash" isn't the solution either. Most of those sort of people forget to make allowance to the fact that we are girls and need to dress accordingly. Men and women both need to dress differently , not to make one more or less inferior to the other, but because they are both different. But how can one dress both modestly and femininely? Hey, ya'll! I don't do many fashion posts, but thought that this would be fun. 😊 Though technically this is not a fashion post but an unfashionable, wild, crazy post! Lol 😝 I mean how many people are crazy enough to dress this way - on a a normal basis, and in public? Me. Yeah, right. 😉 I am rather weird in my tastes. I like wild, comfy, pretty, easy, crazy, fancy, practical all wrapped in one. - Those are some of my favorite words, too ;). I get some crazy results :D Such as this new thing with my hair ( I've been doing it about 6 months now ). I first did it in this picture - wanting something unique and pretty for a girls' party I was going to, I suddenly thought of braiding a ribbon into my hair. A close friend, Esther helped me! ( Never knowing how crazy I'd become weeks later ). The ribbon was soon replaced with a scarf :) At first I would just wrap the scarf around my head, tie it under my pony tail and then over. An...

Just a short post :) Several longer ones coming soon!!! I was suppose to work three days for a neighbor, and we ended up finishing early... getting the job done in one day. So, all of a sudden, I had two extra days with nothing planned. Mom cut out three jumpers, and I worked on them for part of the two days :D Keilah's blue jumper. The sun was in her eyes so the picture isn't so good :( but here's another that's better... Kinda. And Keziah's two jumpers... And, also, for all of you that like to read, a friend just published an ebook! I read the first draft, and it was really interesting. I hope to buy it soon :) find out more about the book at her blog .

Thriftstores can be really fun!! I found most of this outfit at one yesterday. It just shows, that you don't have to have lots of money to find nice clothes :b Shoes: $2 Skirt: $1 Green Shirt: $2 Pink tank top: handmedown Necklace: got it at a thrift a while back Denim jacket: goodwill for like $3? Total : somewhere around $8. And to complete the outfit! My dad found these glasses in a car of his. They look rather neat :D Keziah likes them, too. "Hey, keep them on!" That's better. Keilah doesn't like them as much.... But she'll get over it. Jerushah has a really great business idea! She wonders if "baby baskets" wouldn't sell? Baby included. Lol, ;)
